PRODUCT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
It is very essential that your Fire Alarm and Firefighting equipments are maintained periodically to reduce the costs. It should be noted that failure to regularly service and maintain equipments may result in damage and may be need replacement. In order to minimize the costs Al Boshia offers annual maintenance packages and services to suit your needs.

- Check Faults in the Fire Alarm control Panel
- Check Batteries
- Check the Fire alarm Control panel board and detectors
- Check all the contacts in the panel
- Servicing of all Smoke/Heat Detectors, Break Glass units, Sounders, Bells
- Check Emergency/exit lights.
- Check the electrical supply to the panel
FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS
- Check the lubrication of the pump
- Check operation behavior
- Check for vibration noise & bearing temperatures
- Check control panels for all electrical circuit
- Functional checks of the valves
- Check pressure vessel and top up air if necessary
- Checks for leaks for any gaskets and seals
- Inspect interior and exterior damages of the vessel
- Check the pressure switches
- Check the water flow and nozzles and replace the nozzle if needed
- Check all types of fire extinguishers on half yearly basis.
