Residents will have the freedom of choice between various single and multi-occupancy room types to best suit their needs.Residents will use separate entrances from guests visiting the mall with dedicated reception areas ensuring secure access.

The Myriad Muscat offers three room types to cater to different resident preferences: spacious single occupancy rooms, offering increased privacy, affordable double occupancy rooms that offer the opportunity to meet new people as well as accessible rooms for people of determination.

The community aims to maximise the residents’ comfort and convenience by providing facilities and services to enable residents to easily complete day-to-day tasks. Residents will be able to take advantage of fully-equipped laundry rooms, a two-storey mall and versatile breakout spaces on each residential floor. These breakout spaces include cooking stations for residents to prepare meals in a social setting, as well as comfortable seating where they can gather to mingle and study.

The Myriad Muscat also provides various recreational and leisure facilities for residents to make the most of. The property’s mall offers restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, study and work spaces, health and beauty services and much more.
