Snowhite established its first commercial laundry operation in Ruwi early in 1974. Today however, it has grown from a small commercial operation into the oldest and largest Industrial laundry and dry-cleaning operation across the Sultanate of Oman. From its humbled beginning it remains today, the market brand leader in the industry.

Snowhite currently consists of 40 commercial outlets spread across the country and continues to meet its growing customer base. The company is the brand of choice for executing large industrial laundry contracts for the leading branded hotels (including the OMRAN hotels contract), ISS, military and civil hospitals, polyclinics and leading construction companies.

Snowhite has outgrown its current 17,000kg per day processing plant in Bausher. To meet growing demand particularly from the hospitality sector Snowhite has built a new Industrial laundry facility in Russayl Industrial area with a production capacity of 35,000 kg per day, equipped with the latest state of the art, computerized laundry and dry-cleaning equipment from USA, Italy and UK. This facility will be operational towards the end of 2017 with the highest laundry capacity anywhere in Oman.

The new plant is specifically segmented into industrial, institutional, commercial and hospital areas to meet the different processing requirements for hygiene, disinfection and decontaminations and packing needs.

Besides the new main high capacity Russayl plant, Snowhite also operates interior satellite production units at Sohar to serve northern Oman, Salalah to serve the southern region and a new larger plant recently established in Nizwa to serve the Batinah coast and Nizwa regions.
